Cincinnati metro, Clermont, Brown, Adams, Mason, Bracken, Campbell, Kenton, Boone, Augusta, Maysville and nearby river towns.
What you’ll do
• Represent buyers and sellers from consult to close
• Price, market, and negotiate using data and local insight
• Prospect via sphere, online leads, open houses, and community events
• Manage contracts and timelines with brokerage tools
• Follow Fair Housing and ethical standards
You bring
• Active REALTOR license in Ohio or Kentucky or Ready to Enroll in Classes
• Sales, communication, and negotiation skills
• Organized, client-first mindset
• Entrepreneurial spirit; prior business owner is a plus
