Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop commercial sales, leasing, and investment opportunities.
- Build lasting relationships with property owners, investors, and business clients.
- Conduct market analysis, property valuations, and investment evaluations.
- Negotiate transactions and guide clients from initial consultation through closing.
- Collaborate with our team to expand LivX Realty's presence in South Florida.
Qualifications
- Active Florida Real Estate License.
- Commercial real estate experience preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and business development skills.

- Familiarity with commercial property analysis and investment fundamentals.
