Job descriptionLivwell Health LLC is currently searching for a professional to fill the position of part-time Administrative Assistant at our clinic in Laguna Hills, CA. The administrative assistant is responsible for answering phones, rooming patients, scheduling appointments, collecting copays and providing non-clinical assistance to healthcare providers for our clinics. The selected candidate will be responsible to act as the alternate site administrator for department of health visits as well as other miscellaneous tasks.Job Responsibilities:Provides courteous and respectful customer service to patientsGreets visitors, checks in participants, collects copays and schedules appointmentsAnswers and routes incoming callsMaintains office equipment and orders office suppliesReceives and organizes deliveriesRespects confidentiality of all patientsRequests documentation and medication refills from Doctor officesHelps cover at other locations as neededEducational / Professional Requirements:High School Diploma or equivalent requiredSkills:Excellent Organizational SkillsReliable work historyAble to collaborate in a team environmentCustomer Service skillsKnowledge of basic computer systems(MS Office)Pay:$20-$24/hrJob Type: Part-time (24 hours per week)Schedule:Tuesdays-ThursdaysExperience:Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)Medical office experience (Not required, but a plus)Work Location:24422 Avenida De La Carlotta, Suite 265 Laguna Hills CA 92653Job Type: Part-timeSalary: $20.00-$24.00 per hourWork Location: In person
