LivWell Infusions is searching for an experienced and dynamic sales professional with healthcare sales or business to business experience to join our team in the South East Bay, CA.
Infusion Account Manager in this position will travel within the South East Bay (North East San Jose, Milpitas, Fremont, Union City, Pleasonton, San Ramon) promoting provider relationships and driving referrals to support their infusions centers. The sales team enjoys uncapped commission, company-provided leads, and managing their own territory business and owning their success with the support of an incredible team and company behind them.

Compensation/ Schedule
- $60,000 - $75,0000 / yr. base
- Uncapped commission/ and bonus program
- Full time (40 hour week) Monday- Friday

Primary Responsibilities
- Meet with a variety of healthcare professionals to educate them about infusions services and benefits offered to patients.
- Prospect for new business opportunities while nurturing existing relationships.
- Understand market dynamics, and how we fit within each of our customers needs.
- Partner with the local pharmaceutical sales representatives to develop strategies while identifying targets and treatments to increase referral pipelines.
- Apply consultative selling to successfully overcome objections and/or concerns of referring providers and their patients.
Job Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree
- 2 years of sales experience generating revenue through business-to-business referrals
- Valid state driver’s license, automobile insurance, and safe reliable transportation to be used to travel within the outlined territory, required. Vehicle stipend, parking, tolls, etc provided.
- Must be highly motivated with a proven track record of managing sales territory while meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with healthcare professionals, pharmaceutical partners, and vendors, required.
- Must have exceptional customer service skills, learning agility, and problem-solving skills.
- Computer literacy with the ability to work with Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook as well as the ability to learn or experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. Experience working with Trella Healthcare is a plus.
Salary : $60,000 - $750,000
