This is an excellent opportunity to join an exciting OPM project in Washington, DC, developing, maintaining, and supporting the Office of Personnel Management's Budget Management System (BMS). To accomplish this task, Enlightened is seeking to hire a part-time Cognos TM1 Developer to support development surges.
Task Description: Enlightened, Inc., an Information Technology and Management Consulting firm is seeking a part-time Sr. Technical Developer to design, develop, test, demonstrate, and implement TM1 solutions that meet requirements including accurate estimates of the time for completing these activities. The position will Work closely with the IBM Project Manager, Business Analyst, and other developers to envision and implement innovative automated solutions to OPM business processes using BMS Cognos TM1 while maintaining the data queries between the TM1 system and the Certent Disclosure Management system. The successful candidate will have 15 years Cognos TM1/Planning Analytics Development experience with an existing Federal Public Trust II clearnace or government PIV card. Existing OPM clearance is highly preferred.
Required Skills/Level of Experience: OPM BMS is looking for a Cognos developer who has expertise in developing TM1/Planning Analytics models using Perspectives, Performance Modeler and Architect.

- Cognos TM1/Planning Analytics Development (15 years)
- Developing and configuring TM1/Planning Analytics models using Performance Modeler/Architect and Perspectives (websheets)
- Deploying and maintaining applications in Contributor
- Writing TI processes to transfer data between cubes and elements
- Experience with Planning Analytics and Planning Analytics Workspace (PAW)
- Ability to communicate effectively and clearly on Cognos design and use topics
- Attention to detail and schedules, ability to estimate tasks realistically and meet schedules
Important Note
- Need resource with existing government PIV credential or clearance to reduce onboarding time. Even better if resource has existing OPM clearance.
