Whereas a Service Technician, you are responsible for diagnosing, servicing, repairing, and maintaining fitness equipment while delivering world-class customer service and being a professional representative of LIVunLtd. Essential Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
- Travel to client locations
- Inspect, calibrate, and clean and test fitness equipment during Service Contract visits
- Evaluate equipment for repair; prepare parts list and labor estimates for a repair quote to be provided to customer
- Complete repairs with parts ordered; test that machine is back in full working order
- Provide communication to customer both in scheduling times to come out and what is going on with their equipment
- Look for additional opportunities for revenue from service/warranty work and PM contracts on additional machines
- Look for additional opportunities for incremental revenue for new equipment and/or fitness accessories
- Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle at all times
- Maintain proper inventory levels and count accuracy at all times
- Complete vehicle maintenance needs as directed by the fleet operations manager
- Follow with Company Uniform Policy
- Be able to lift/move fitness equipment & parts to 50 lbs, some in excess of 125 lbs.
- Ability to operate hand and power tools
- Maintain a valid driver’s license and insurance and clear an MVR Check.
- Must have excellent work habits, be punctual and presentable at all times
- Proficiency and working knowledge of computers, Microsoft OS, iPad, wifi, email and cell phone technology
