LIVunLtd is looking for an Human Resources Coordinator to join our growing team! As the Human Resources Coordinator you will support LIVunLtd, and it's sister companies within the Amenity Services division, by providing day-to-day operational support for the entire HR Department.

The HR Coordinator position is a hybrid position. Candidates must be willing able to work at LIVunLtd Headquarters 3 days per work week (Tuesday-Thursday). LIVunLtd Headquarters is located in Manhattan, NY.
Compensation
The HR Coordinator position with LIVunLtd has a salary range of of $58,500 - $62,500 per annum. The range above is a good faith estimate based on the expectations as laid out in the job description, however we are often open to a wide variety of profiles, and recognize that the person we hire may be less experienced (or more senior) than this job description as posted. If that ends up being the case, the actual salary may vary from the estimates provided above.

Essential Responsibilities
- Maintain employee records and process all HR administrative tasks through Workday
- Process all new hire requests through Fountain and clear employees for hire
- Understand adapt to constantly changing state federal employment laws
- Build trust amongst employees, management colleagues / actively protect confidential information
- Accurately answer employee questions related to Paid Time Off, Benefits, etc
- Ensure successful completion of all onboarding requirements for new hires.
- Order uniforms name tags if required per location for new hires
- Maintain inventory of Employee Handbooks
- Manage birthday cards and birthday cards for main office employees and send Happy Birthday ecards to each onsite employee
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned; including, but not limited to, administrative functions, special projects, etc
- 1-2 years of professional work experience, related to Human Resources
- Hands on experience in using Google Suite and HRIS systems
- Outstanding communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and time management skills
- Team player and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
