Huntersville Family Fitness & Aquatic is hiring full-time and part-time seasonal gate attendant positions! As a Gate Attendant for LIVunLtd at Huntersville Family Fitness & Aquatics you are expected to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously, while also delivering a high level of customer service and providing safe facilities. We are looking for energetic can-do attitudes.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure an exceptional level of customer service is being provided to all members, clients, and guests.
- Monitor safety of all members while near the designated facility.
- Monitor guest and member attendance of the designated facility.
- Document and monitor water chemistry of the designated pools.
- Maintain a superiorly clean pool area, while also helping the overall facility maintain standards of cleanliness.
- Maintain safe, clean, and organized facility equipment and additional items.
- Report any problems to the supervisor and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Respond to member and guest inquiries in a timely manner, with accurate and thorough information.
- Always exceed member’s expectations and needs.
- Wear location approved uniform.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities specific to the location / building and upon the request of your manager.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be at least 15 years old
- Must have the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Must have excellent customer service skills and a positive, friendly attitude
- Must be a team player
- Ability to observe interactions between members and guests to ensure incidents do not arise
- Ability to work in high-temperature conditions and stand for prolonged periods of time
- Must be able to reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 40 lbs.
- Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays to meet business needs as requested.
