LIVunLtd is seeking a reliable Fitness Desk Associate to join our team in Huntersville, North Carolina. As a Fitness Desk Attendant you will support the Fitness Department by interacting with members, other staff members, and assisting the department to maintain a clean and safe environment. Fitness Desk Associates are expected to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously, while also delivering a high level of customer service. You must have a positive attitude and be dedicated to making each and every resident's experience as enjoyable as possible.

- Ensure an exceptional level of customer service is being provided to all members, clients, and guests.
- Monitor safety of all participants while using fitness equipment
- Maintain a superiorly clean fitness center, while also helping the overall facility maintain standards of cleanliness
- Energize and motivate clients and members to provide a fun and safe experience
- Promptly answer phone calls, requests, and questions.
- Assist coworkers in any manner necessary to maintain a collective, smooth effort in providing excellent services.
- Respond to member inquiries in a timely manner, with accurate and thorough information.
- Maintain a clean, neat, organized, and presentable fitness area at all times.
- Tour fitness spaces to spot check cleanliness and showroom quality conditions.
- Always exceed member’s expectations and needs.
- Wear location approved uniform for each specific LIVunLtd location where you are working.
- Maintain strong communication with LIVunLtd coworkers.
- Provide emergency first aid if needed
- Adhere and adapt to all current and new LIVunLtd policy, procedures and initiatives.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities specific to the location / building and upon the request of your manager.
- CPR/AED Certification and/or willingness to obtain certifications within the first 30 days of hire
- Flexibility to work days, nights and / or weekends
- Must be available in evenings and Saturdays as needed
- Must have the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Must have excellent customer service skills and a positive, friendly attitude.
- Must be a team player, patient, diplomatic, self-motivated, organized, have excellent verbal skills, and a positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Ability to observe interactions between members and guests to ensure incidents do not arise
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time
- Must be able to safely lift and move up to 40 lbs
