Qualifications:
-
Current and unrestricted license to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant in Virginia
-
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in home health, acute care, or rehabilitation (preferred)
-
Current BLS CPR certification
-
Valid driver's license and automobile insurance
-
Ability to work independently and communicate clearly, with confidence and compassion

Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Basic computer proficiency (EMR documentation, Word, email, etc.)

Experience with adult and geriatric populations
Responsibilities:

Deliver skilled therapy services under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
-
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to implement patient care plans
-
Monitor and document patient progress and adjust interventions accordingly
-
Maintain open communication with administrators, clinicians, families, and physicians
-
Ensure all care complies with state, federal, and agency regulations (training provided)

Represent LivinRite professionally in the community and with referral partners
