- Supervise sport performance coaches and graduate assistants
- Manage weight room scheduling and safety protocols.
- Support nutrition education, recovery programs, and injury prevention strategies.
- Oversee the sports performance budget and equipment resources.
- Provide gameday and administrative support assigned
- Other duties as assigned
| Education/ Experience What you will need to be successful! | Bachelor’s degree (required) in: - Exercise Science
- Kinesiology
- Human Performance
- Physical Education or related field
Certifications & Licensure- CSCS (Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist)
- OR CSCCa (SCCC certification)
- CPR/AED certification
Sports Performance Experience - 3–5 years of collegiate experience or similar roles
- Experience designing programs for multiple sports
- Hands-on coaching in weight room, speed, agility, and conditioning
- Supervising staff, interns, or GA’s
- Managing a performance program or weight room
- Working directly with sport coaches and sports medicine teams
