Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday | 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour (Based on Experience)
Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming experience for residents and families? We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and proactive Customer Service Concierge to join our Skilled Nursing Facility team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, solving problems, and ensuring every resident has an outstanding experience from admission through discharge.
What You'll Do
- Welcome and meet with all new admissions and their families
- Review the resident handbook and admission documents
- Orient new residents to the facility and available services
- Assist residents with completing meal menus
- Identify concerns and proactively resolve resident and family issues
- Answer resident call bells and provide assistance as needed
- Conduct room readiness checks prior to admissions
- Call discharged residents to gather feedback on their experience
- Obtain resident and family testimonials
- Monitor and manage online reviews while helping maintain a positive facility reputation
- Complete daily communication reports for the management team
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure an exceptional resident experience
Qualifications
- Healthcare experience is required
- Previous experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or nursing home is required
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office and other software applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Self-motivated with the initiative to identify and address issues before they escalate
- Professional, compassionate, and customer-service driven
