Livingston Hills Rehabilitation and NCC is a 120-bed skilled nursing facility located in beautiful Hudson, NY. We provide compassionate care for both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care residents, and we’re proud of our strong, supportive leadership team that stands behind our direct care staff every day.

What You’ll Do:
As an RN, you’ll play a key leadership role on your unit:
Provide supervisory oversight for assigned unit staff
Review and maintain resident medical records
Monitor overall care and ensure high standards are met
Address resident and family questions or concerns
Participate in care plan meetings
Support a safe, compassionate, and high-quality care environment
What We’re Looking For:
Active NYS Registered Nurse (RN) license
Minimum 2 years Long-Term Care experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer skills
Professional, compassionate, and team-oriented mindset
