QUALIFICATIONS (Required)
Medium to medium-heavy according to Livingston HealthCare’s physical demand classifications. Although on occasion an employee may be required to lift, carry, push, or pull objects or patients heavier than said classification, with or without assistance. Occasionally required to walk or stand for extended periods of time.
Medium: Lift: 50 lbs from floor to waist height using proper body mechanics. Lift: 25 lbs from waist height to shoulder height using proper body mechanics. Carry: 50 lbs 40 feet. Push: 50 lbs of force 35 feet. Pull: 50 lbs of force 35 feet.
Medium- Heavy: Lift: 60 lbs from floor to waist height using proper body mechanics. Lift: 50 lbs from waist height to shoulder height using proper body mechanics. Carry: 60 lbs 40 feet. Push: 60 lbs of force 35 feet. Pull: 60 lbs of force 35 feet.

- 12pm-10pm
- Tuesday-Friday
- 10-hour shifts

- $20.00/hr DOE
- Shift differential
- Sweeps and mops floor, cleans carpets and washes walls.
- Cleans, disinfects and deodorizes lavatories
- Dusts and polishes furniture, doors, etc.
- Washing and making beds.
- Moves furniture and equipment including beds, chairs, tables on wheels as needed to clean.
- Collects linen, empties trash from assigned areas.
- Requisitions supplies.
- Maintains assigned equipment reporting items needing repair to supervisor.
- Mixes, uses and disposes of chemicals following a safe procedure.
- Performs transfer/discharge cleaning as assigned.
- Carries out duties utilizing appropriate safety and security practices.
- Any other duties assigned by the Facility Services Manager.
- Required to cross train as laundry aide.
- Flexible to clean off campus facilities or clinics as assigned.
