What to Expect
This is a full-time, in-office and on-site role in Palm Beach County, FL. You will work directly alongside the Principals and collaborate with a capable, close-knit team that genuinely enjoys what they do. We move quickly, we hold ourselves to a high standard, and we believe that outstanding client service is the foundation of everything we build.
What You Will Do
• Lead field operations on large-scale, multi-phase luxury residential projects from groundbreaking through certificate of occupancy
• Supervise Assistant Superintendents and field staff
• Partner with Project Managers to build and maintain master construction schedules
• Manage subcontractor performance and accountability in the field across all trades
• Ensure full compliance with local building codes, permit conditions, and inspection timelines
• Conduct regular quality audits and hold the team to the firm's exacting finishing standards
What We Are Looking For
• 6 years of field construction experience with 4 years in a senior supervisory capacity
• Demonstrated experience on luxury residential or estate projects valued at $5M or more
• OSHA Certification required; Superintendent license preferred
• Deep knowledge of structural, MEP, civil, and architectural construction
• Proficiency in Procore and Microsoft Office
• Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and relationship management skills
• Familiarity with Palm Beach and South Florida building codes and inspection processes
• Valid driver's license required
