Position Overview:
This role involves creating a fun, safe, and nurturing classroom where young children can learn, grow, and develop a love for learning. The ideal candidate is patient, organized, and passionate about early childhood education, with a heart for helping each child thrive.
Candidate Requirements:
- Possess similar core values as the church childcare center
- Loves working with infants
- Able and willing to follow and implement the provided curriculum
- Is dependable, loving, nurturing and adaptable
- Has experience in childcare (preferred but not required)
- Is a team player with a positive attitude
- 18 years or older with reliable transportation
- High School graduate or GED
