Job Description: Assistant Teacher
As an Assistant Teacher at LWELC, you will be expected to help manage the overall operation of classroom, which includes (but is not limited to):
- Assist the Lead Teacher and other staff in maintaining a safe and clean learning environment on a daily basis.
- Develop and build parental rapport with positive and professional relationships.
- Ensure safety and health of children by providing consistent, positive, caring environment to children in care.
- Gathering dishes after meals
- Light cleaning duties (sweeping, mopping, washing tables, etc.)

- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

- The ability to multitask and take on different roles
- Leadership Skills
- Customer Service skills in interactions with parents and guardians
- Knowledge/experience in child development (preferred)
Requirements:
1. Must be at least 18 years of age.
2. Pediatric CPR and First-Aid Certified, or willing to obtain.
