We are looking for our next FABULOUS TECHNICIAN!
Independent retail pharmacy with Immediate opening for a Certified Pharmacy Technician. Must be registered in TX. Pharmacy is located in NW Houston.
Job Description:
- Processes prescriptions and calls insurance
- Counts/pours correct drug into appropriately sized container, labels container and prepares it for pharmacist verification
- Processes payment on register
- Various duties to maintain compliance, assist pharmacist

** Current TX Pharmacy Technician License
** Friendly personality, customer-oriented and great phone etiquette.
Other qualifications we look for in candidates include, but are not limited to:
** Excellent verbal and written communication skills
** Bilingual/Spanish a plus
** Ability to work in a fast paced environment
** Strong organizational skills
** Detail oriented and good problem solving skills
** Computer knowledge – experience with Microsoft programs
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Pharmacy Technician Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)

- Spanish (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Certified Pharmacy Technician in Texas (Required)
Ability to Relocate:
- Houston, TX 77070: Relocate before starting work (Required)
