Responsibilities● Relationship Development: Cultivate and sustain strong, trust-based relationships with referral partners, healthcare professionals, and community influencers, ensuring high satisfaction and ongoing engagement.● Referral Program Management: Own the referral program, ensuring high conversion rates by collaborating with office, sales, and care coordination teams to ensure the right fit between clients and caregivers.● Calendar & Campaign Development: Create, maintain, and execute a calendar of strategic marketing events and relationship-building campaigns targeting key demographics.● Marketing Strategy Execution: Design and implement effective, localized marketing campaigns that appeal to families of aging adults, healthcare providers, and community partners.● Community Engagement: Attend and represent the company at networking events, conferences, local health fairs, and meetings to enhance visibility and forge new partnerships.● Client & Family Satisfaction: Respond to concerns when assigned and support follow-up processes to ensure clients and families feel heard, supported, and valued.● CRM & Reporting: Utilize CRM tools to track referral activity, client engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
