You will work closely with healthcare professionals, referral sources, clients, and internal teams to ensure our mission of compassionate home care is felt at every touchpoint.This role is a blend of relationship-building, strategic outreach, and community engagement. You will thrive here if you’re empathetic, outgoing, and excited to build something impactful from the ground up.What You’ll DoGrow and Strengthen RelationshipsBuild trust-based partnerships with referral sources, healthcare professionals, and community influencers.Maintain a regular presence in the community through visits, events, and ongoing outreach.Develop loyalty with partners who value consistent communication and follow-through.Drive Referrals & Brand VisibilityLead our referral program to ensure high-quality matches between clients and caregivers.Plan and execute marketing campaigns, seasonal outreach, and a strategic calendar of events.Represent Living Well at health fairs, networking groups, senior events, and professional gatherings.Enhance Client & Family ExperienceSupport families during the intake process to ensure they feel heard, supported, and valued.Work closely with the office team to provide seamless transitions from referral to service start.Organize, Track, and ReportUse CRM tools to monitor referral activity and track marketing and outreach effectiveness.Report trends and insights that help guide future business decisions.What Success Looks LikeStrong, loyal referral relationships that consistently generate high-quality leads.A visible, respected presence in community organizations and events.Engaged families who feel informed, supported, and confident in choosing our services.Effective, measurable outreach campaigns with strong follow-up and coordination.Smooth collaboration with internal teams that enhances client experience and conversion rates.A well-managed calendar of events, touchpoints, and outreach efforts.What We’re Looking ForExperience & Education3–5 years in business development, community outreach, or relationship marketing (home care, healthcare, or senior services preferred).Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.Skills You BringExceptional people skills—you enjoy connecting with others and building rapport.Knowledge of the home care or healthcare space (or a strong willingness to learn).Strong organizational habits with the ability to juggle multiple moving parts.Proficiency with CRM software, marketing tools, and Microsoft Office.A proactive, self-starting work style with comfort working independently and collaboratively.Personal AttributesCompassionate and empathetic toward seniors and families navigating care decisions.A positive problem-solver with a solutions-first mindset.Results-oriented, motivated, and excited by community interaction.Flexible to attend occasional evening or weekend events.Why Join Living Well Home Care?You’re not just filling a role—you’re helping shape a new branch and making a meaningful impact on families in your community.
