What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dishwasher / Utility Person position at Living Well Adult Day Center?
Key Responsibilities:
- Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and equipment throughout the day.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish pit area at all times.
- Ensure the dishwashing area, sinks, and floors are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized at the end of each day.
- Assist kitchen staff with basic cleaning and utility tasks as needed.
- Take out trash and recycling as required.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to management promptly.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a kitchen or dishwashing role preferred but not required.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently once trained.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
