We are seeking a qualified Social Worker for a hybrid position that includes both in-person and telehealth services. The ideal candidate will provide individual therapy, develop treatment plans, and contribute to our supportive therapeutic environment.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Provide individual counseling and therapy services to clients.
- Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on client needs.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
- Engage in continuous professional development and training.
*Qualifications:*
- Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field.
- LCSW licensure in Virginia; licensure in North Carolina is a plus.
- Proven experience in individual therapy.
- Excellent communication and empathy skills.
