Key Responsibilities:
HR & Recruiting
· Manage job postings, screen applicants, schedule interviews, and ensure a smooth candidate experience through the process.
· Assist with onboarding, benefits coordination, HR documentation and daily inquiries from employees.
· Manage records, track key deadlines, uphold internal policies and regulatory requirements to keep HR operations accurate and timely.
Safety Compliance
· Develop, maintain, and communicate OSHA compliant safety policies and procedures.
· Coordinate and/or lead safety training and incident reporting, investigation, and resolution.
· Perform scheduled walkthroughs and document assessments of workspaces, equipment, and practices.
Permit Compliance
· Develop and maintain a centralized tracking system for all active permits.
· Collect the necessary documentation and submit complete applications to the appropriate agencies before deadlines.
· Archive all permit documents, correspondence, and approvals in a logical and searchable format.
License Administration
· Maintain a comprehensive renewal calendar to track expiration dates of all personal and business licenses, tags and certifications.
· Prepare and submit renewal documentation in a timely manner.
· Monitor compliance requirements and update records as required.
Qualifications
· 2-4 years of experience in HR, safety, compliance or a related role preferred
· Working knowledge of employment regulations and workplace safety standards
· Strong organizational, documentation, and time-management skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact and influence at all levels
· Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR-related systems
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience with OSHA or other regulatory compliance programs
· Familiarity with Paycom or other HRIS systems
· PHR or safety certifications are a plus

Pay: $60, $65,000.00 per year
