What are the responsibilities and job description for the Spray Technician position at Living Water Lawn & Tree Care?
Living Water Spray Technicians maintain customers' properties with excellence, professionalism and care. Living Water technicians are trained and licensed in areas of fertilizer and weed control, insect and disease for landscapes and homes. Experience is not necessary, only a driver's license with a good driving record (bring drivers abstract), be at least 21 years of age and have a willingness to work hard.
Requirements:
-Must be at least 21 years of age to Tech (per DOT requirements)
-Must have High School Diploma or GED
-Must have Valid Driver's License and CLEAN Driving Record
-Must be able to work long hours and Saturdays
-Must be able to work in all Weather Conditions
-Must be able to lift at least 50lbs on a regular basis
-Must be able to stand, walk, bend, twist and pull for extended periods of time
-Must be able to pass applicable tests
-Must possess Great Customer Service Skills
-Must Follow and Adhere to Companies Values and Standards
Responsibilities:
-Provide Scheduled Services according to instructions in safe and timely manner
-Provide Great Customer Service
-Meet and Exceed Customer Expectations
-Safely Operate Company Vehicles
-Accurately Complete required paperwork
-Effectively Communicate Services, Expectations and Landscape needs to Customers
-General Maintenance and Cleaning of vehicles and equipment
