- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Schedule patients, update demographic and insurance information
- Collect copays and account balances
- Document management, scanning, faxes, medical records, referrals
- Answer and screen phone calls
- Organize and schedule meetings as needed
- Maintaining office cleanliness and organization of resources
Qualifications
- Experience in Medical office preferred
- Knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing documents
- Medical records experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills and courteous phone manner
- Time-management and organizational skills
