Key Responsibilities:
· Coordinate logistics operations including inbound and outbound shipments, delivery schedules, and transportation arrangements.
· Manage inventory movement within the warehouse, ensuring accurate documentation and timely transfers between departments.
· Communicate with carriers, vendors, and suppliers to schedule pickups, deliveries, and resolve shipping or receiving issues.
· Prepare and maintain shipping documents, including bills of lading, packing lists, and purchase orders.
· Track and report shipment status, delays, and exceptions to internal teams and management.
· Monitor inventory levels and assist in cycle counts, stock reconciliations, and quality checks.
· Collaborate with sales, production, purchasing, and warehouse teams to meet daily and weekly manufacturing schedules.
· Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety regulations, and shipping/receiving procedures.
· Identify and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce logistics costs.
· Maintain accurate records in the company’s ERP or inventory management system.

Qualifications:
· High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
· 2–4 years of experience in logistics, shipping/receiving, or warehouse coordination (manufacturing environment preferred).
· Strong organizational and communication skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with ERP or inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
· Knowledge of shipping regulations, freight terms, and warehouse safety standards.
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse environment as needed.
· Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
