Cando Community School
Cando Community School is located in the Hamlet of Cando. Our school has a Kindergarten to Grade 12 program, attended by students from the Red Pheasant Cree First Nation, Mosquito First Nation, and surrounding areas. This posting is for a Casual Caretaker to fill in vacancies throughout the school year on a call-in basis. Hours of work and shift length may vary , Living Sky School Division casual Caretakers are responsible for the cleaning, sanitization and maintenance of their assigned facility to ensure a safe and healthy environment for student body, staff and visitors entering the school.
The Right Person will
- Be able to plan, prioritize, communicate and self-manage
- Have excellent communication skills; and
- Be enthusiastic and thrive in a team environment.
- Genuinely appreciate working with children and youth.
- A Fireman’s Certificate or WHMIS would be considered an asset.
