At Living Room Theaters, the movie experience goes beyond the screen. As a Busser / Food Runner, you’ll be an integral part of our team ensuring a great experience for our guests by keeping our theaters clean, delivering food accurately and promptly, and positively interacting with guests to fulfill our promise of delivering a great experience.

We’re looking for energetic, detail-oriented team players who take pride in their work, enjoy staying busy even when things slow down, and understand that dependable execution of policies and procedures are the hallmark of delivering great guest service.

What You’ll Do

• Be our hourly eyes and ears by physically checking the auditoriums according to the days schedule to ensure the correct environment, content, and audio visual experience is happening for our guests
• Double check food orders to ensure consistency with guest orders and spot/correct inconsistencies if they occur in the kitchen before delivery to guests.
• Deliver exceptional guest service by delivering prepared food with grace and flair while ensuring order accuracy and guest satisfaction with their food.
• Efficiently reset theaters by carefully clearing tables of used dishes, wiping down surfaces for hygiene and appearance, sweeping floors and collecting any trash/debris to maintaining clean, welcoming spaces.
• Support the food and beverage team by performing most of the dishwashing and keeping dishes and service items clean and ready for use.
• Work as a team with all staff and guests to keep service running smoothly.
• Maintain high standards for cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail throughout your shift. Expect to not be using or touching your personal cellphone while on the clock.

Pay & Benefits

• Base pay of $14.00 per hour, plus tips averaging $3.00–$6.50 per hour.
