Your Shift Snapshot
As a Dietary Aide, you’ll clock in onsite in Madelia, MN and jump into the rhythm of the kitchen: quick check-ins with the team, steady meal times, and plenty of friendly faces in the dining room. Between breakfast/lunch/dinner waves, you’ll keep things moving so residents are cared for and the flow stays calm—even when it’s busy. Expect a part-time pace with days or evenings, plus every other weekend and every other holiday, and you’ll head out knowing you helped residents have a better day.

Living Meadows is a non-profit corporation that was founded by 21 area Lutheran churches to provide care to area men and women. Luther Memorial Home was built in 1958 and the first resident was admitted in 1959. Throughout the years, Luther Memorial Home has expanded and remodeled to meet the growing needs of our residents and our community.
