Are you a highly organized professional who can toggle between high-level project strategy and essential executive support? Living Innovations is seeking a Project Manager to drive organizational success through the full project lifecycle while providing critical administrative support to our Strategic Leadership Team.
This role involves travel throughout the tri-state area of ME, NH, and RI; a valid driver’s license and a love for the New England coast are a must. Can be based out of any of the three states we opporate in.
In this dual-impact role, you will be the engine behind our most important initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with our mission and values.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of multiple concurrent projects using Waterfall, Agile (Scrum), or Hybrid methodologies.
- Define project scope, schedules, and budgets; develop work breakdown structures, and manage risk/issue logs.
- Facilitate requirements gathering, define "acceptance criteria," and develop test plans to ensure project success.
- Act as the bridge between business and technical staff, providing regular performance reporting and escalating risks to the executive level.
- Perform administrative duties for the Strategic Leadership Team, including meeting planning, scheduling, and special tasks.
- Identify process changes and educate teams on project management best practices.
