DSP Team Leaders split their time between providing top-tier direct support to individuals in their region and also providing service oversight and direction to other DSPs. What You'll Do
- Provide leadership, coaching, and training to a team of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)
- Oversee the development and implementation service plans
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of program participants
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and person-centered environment
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports
- Assist with planning and leading of individual and group activities
- $500 Sign on bonus

- Prior experience as a Direct Support Professional
- A patient, caring, and positive attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid state issued driver’s license, current vehicle insurance declaration and vehicle registration
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- The ability to pass comprehensive background checks per state and company regulations/policies
