Living Innovations is seeking a Project Manager I to drive organizational success through the full project lifecycle while providing critical administrative support to our Strategic Leadership Team. This role involves travel throughout the tri-state area of ME, NH, and RI; a valid driver’s license and a love for the New England coast are a must.
In this dual-impact role, you will be the engine behind our most important initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with our mission and values.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of multiple concurrent projects using Waterfall, Agile (Scrum), or Hybrid methodologies.
- Define project scope, schedules, and budgets; develop work breakdown structures, and manage risk/issue logs.
- Facilitate requirements gathering, define "acceptance criteria," and develop test plans to ensure project success.
- Act as the bridge between business and technical staff, providing regular performance reporting and escalating risks to the executive level.
- Perform administrative duties for the Strategic Leadership Team, including meeting planning, scheduling, and special tasks.
- Identify process changes and educate teams on project management best practices.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent combined education and experience).
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, or Product Owner on multi-function teams.
- Solid understanding of Waterfall and Agile approaches.
- Proficiency in both Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid state driver’s license with current insurance, registration, and inspection.
- Strong analytical planning, discretion with confidential info, and the ability to lead diverse teams with minimal supervision.
Preferred Credentials:
- PMP, CAPM, or CSM certifications.
