Living Innovations is looking for a Program Manager to help lead our efforts in Maine, focusing on growing our Employment Services throughout the State. In this pivotal role, you'll provide leadership, supervision, and professional development to our dedicated staff, ensuring we deliver outstanding services and innovative support to the individuals we serve. You'll be the cornerstone of cultural alignment in your areas of responsibility, making sure our programs not only meet but exceed all quality standards.
This position will require regular travel throughout Northern Maine. Must be currently living in the greater Bangor area.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of employment service coordinators and direct care staff, fostering their professional growth and development.
- Oversee the intake process and caseload allocation, ensuring efficient program delivery.
- Guarantee our services meet all Living Innovations, State, and Federal standards for quality and compliance.
- Foster a positive and collaborative working environment.
- Oversee accurate record-keeping, billing, and documentation.

Qualifications:
- A High School Diploma or Equivalency.
- Certified ACRE approved Employment Specialist preferred.
- Career Planning Certification and experience preferred.
- At least 3 years' experience supervising teams that are responsible for the day-to-day direct service delivery to the intellectual developmental disability or mental health community.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Human Services (preferred), or four years of experience in a related social service or healthcare setting, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- A valid State-issued Driver's License and proof of current insurance.
- The ability to pass comprehensive background checks per state and company regulations/policies
