Living in Idaho at LPT Realty is a fast-growing real estate team in the Treasure Valley, and we’re building the operational backbone that supports that growth.
We’re looking for a high-level Real Estate Transaction Coordinator who wants to be part of a strong team and play a key role behind the scenes in delivering an exceptional experience for our clients.
This role is not just paperwork,,, it’s about making sure every deal moves smoothly from contract to closing.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
You will manage the moving pieces that make a real estate transaction successful.
Your responsibilities include:
- Managing transactions from contract to closing
- Preparing listing files before they go live on the market
- Tracking deadlines, contingencies, and compliance requirements
- Communicating with agents, clients, title, escrow, lenders, and inspectors
- Ensuring files meet brokerage and state compliance standards
- Keeping everything organized and on schedule
- Supporting both buyer and listing transactions
- Helping create a smooth and professional experience for every client
As our team continues to grow, this role may manage 20–30 transactions per month.

Requirements
- Active Idaho Real Estate License (Required)
- Previous Transaction Coordination experience in real estate
- Familiarity with MLS systems and DocuSign
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- CRM experience is a plus
Compensation
Competitive pay based on experience.
This is an in-office position in Nampa, Idaho.
