Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and visionary Worship and Next-Generation Pastor to lead our congregation’s worship experiences and nurture the spiritual growth of our children/youth and emerging generations. Duties
- Lead engaging and inspiring worship services, incorporating music, prayer, and multimedia elements to create meaningful spiritual experiences
- Develop and implement innovative programs for youth and young adults that promote spiritual growth, community involvement, and leadership development
- Mentor and disciple emerging leaders within the next-generation ministry, fostering their personal faith journeys and leadership skills
- Collaborate with church staff to plan special events such as retreats, outreach initiatives, and holiday services that resonate with diverse age groups
- Utilize strong presentation skills to communicate effectively during public speaking engagements, training sessions, and community outreach efforts
Qualifications
- Proven experience in discipleship, leading worship, and/or directing or working with children/youth.
- Experience in event planning for church functions or community outreach programs
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff members while managing multiple projects simultaneously
