Part-Time Store Manager

$16/hr (Trial Period) → $20/hr After 3 Months Annual Raises
We are hiring a part-time Store Manager with proven experience and valid references. All candidates must pass a background check, ID verification, and drug screening.
About the Role:
We’re looking for someone who is reliable, honest, motivated, and takes pride in running a clean, organized store. Someone who follows directions, learns quickly, and actually wants to work.
Responsibilities:
- Open and close the store independently
- Lead staff, assign tasks, and ensure productivity
- Train new employees on procedures and expectations
- Keep the store clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Assist customers and provide excellent service
- Handle returns, exchanges, and customer concerns
- Enter invoices and maintain accurate inventory logs
- Restock products and ensure proper labeling
- Maintain 5-star customer service standards
- Communicate with the owner about daily operations
- Follow all safety, cash-handling, and store policies
- Hold staff accountable and maintain professionalism
Qualifications:
- Previous retail or management experience required
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to retain information and follow procedures

- Must pass background check
