Medical New Patient Scheduler and Event Coordinator

We are a busy integrative medical office located in the Annapolis area in search of health-conscious, reliable, responsible, enthusiastic, customer service oriented individual to add to our team of professionals.
The Medical New patient scheduler and Event Coordinator is a creative marketing mind with the ability to assist with organizing projects, meet deadlines. Must have the ability to plan and follow through with scheduled marketing campaigns.
This position requires community outreach and establishing alliances with groups in the community. This position requires the ability to communicate effectively to the public and scheduling of new patients into the office.
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point required. Ability to supervise and motivate others. Valid drivers license and vehicle a must.
Full time position with health benefits after 60 days.

Requirements/Responsibilities

The Medical Marketer and Event Coordinator will be responsible for the coordination of seminars, scheduling new patients and overseeing medical marketing with the Digital marketer for our growing office. The right candidate will have experience in medical marketing, customer service, planning, organizing and facilitating on and off site events.
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point required. Ability to supervise and motivate others. Valid drivers license and vehicle a must.
