DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
- Operate Equipment such as excavators, skid steers, and compactors to assist with excavation, backfilling, and material placement
- Support wall construction by helping set base, stack block, place geogrid, and install drainage systems
- Follow site layout and elevation controls using laser levels, string lines, and grade stakes
- Load, move, and stage materials including retaining wall blocks, gravel, geogrid, and pipe
- Perform hand labor tasks such as trenching, compacting, cutting block, and site clean up
- Assist foreman and lead installer with daily task, troubleshooting, and keeping the project on track
- Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a clean, respectful, and efficient jobsite environment.

- Show up on time, work hard, and learn continuously to grow into higher-level roles over time.
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- 1-2 years of construction or landscape experience (retaining walls or hardscape work preferred)
- Basic equipment operation skills – comfortable using excavators, skid steers, and compactors
- Familiarity with construction tools (lasers, levels, saws, hand tampers)
- Ability to lift 80 lbs repeatedly and work in outdoor environments under various conditions
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding setting
- Strong team mindset – willing to take direction and assist wherever needed
- Reliale transportation to job sites
- Valid driver’s license and clean record preferred
- Willingness to learn, grow, and eventually take on more responsibilities
Must be able to pass a drug test and background check
COMPENSATION:
- $19 - $24/ Hour, depending on experience and skill level
- Professional development opportunities
- Weekly pay and Overtime after 40 hours
- Tools and gear allowance after 6 months
