This is a remote position.
We are looking for motivated, independent agents to work remotely answering inbound calls for a luxury cruise line client.
Pay Rate: $13.00 per hour
Service Hours: Monday – Sunday, 8 AM to 10 PM EST
Required: Availability on at least one weekend day
What You’ll Be Doing:

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Answering inbound calls regarding cruise packages, bookings, and general inquiries
- Handling outbound follow-up calls for clarification and support
- Transferring calls to the correct department when necessary
- Providing excellent customer service and upselling cruise services when appropriate
- Maintaining accurate call logs and following client protocols
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (must be able to be hardwired – no Wi-Fi)
- USB headset with noise-canceling microphone
- Windows-based laptop or desktop (Macs not supported)
- Quiet, distraction-free home workspace
- Ability to pass a background check
- Must complete certification training
