Living Faith Home Health Care (LFHHC) is looking for Pediatric Nurses (RN/LPN) in Mansfield, Ohio!

LFHHC started in 2015 because of a mother’s desire to get her child the best nursing care she could find. With a business model built around the patient and an administrative team made of people who are passionate about children, we have been able to care for many children throughout the entire state of Ohio.
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday (9am-5pm)
Requirements:
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) License that is active and in good standing with the Ohio Board of Nursing
Responsibilities including but not limited to:
- Educating the family on proper care for the child and management of chronic conditions
- Nutritional status assessment
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Assessing and monitoring the child’s vital signs and overall health status
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care
- Keeping accurate and detailed medical records
- Wound care education and support
- Assisting with mobility and physical therapy exercises
- Caring for children with vents, trachs, and feeding tubes
