Marketing Coordinator Digital & Content Marketing

We are seeking a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to help execute marketing initiatives, support sales growth, and engage customers across multiple channels. Position Overview

The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in executing day-to-day marketing activities, creating engaging content, supporting e-commerce initiatives, managing social media, and helping maintain a consistent brand presence across all customer touchpoints.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Create and manage content for social media, email campaigns, blogs, websites, product descriptions, and other marketing materials.
• Manage social media platforms, including content scheduling, community engagement, and reputation management.
• Support E-Commerce and Point of Sale platforms by updating product content, promotions, and merchandising assets.
• Assist with CRM activities, email and SMS marketing campaigns, and automation initiatives.
• Support digital advertising efforts and campaign performance tracking.
• Maintain brand consistency and ensure all marketing materials align with established brand guidelines.
• Create basic graphics and marketing assets.
• Organize and maintain marketing content libraries, photos, videos, and digital assets.
• Coordinate marketing calendars, projects, and internal marketing requests.
• Assist with trade shows, conferences, customer events, and community outreach initiatives.
• Monitor customer reviews and online feedback to support reputation management efforts.

Minimum Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in marketing, communications, digital marketing, or a related role.
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Experience creating content across multiple digital channels.
• Self-starter with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to travel to company locations and business events as required for assigned duties; frequency and destinations will be communicated during the hiring process.

• Shopify e-Commerce and/or Shopify POS
• HubSpot CRM
• Canva
• Hootsuite or similar social media management platforms
• Google Ads and Google Analytics
• Email marketing platforms
• Content Management Systems (CMS)
• SEO content development and optimization
• Bilingual communication skills relevant to customers and employees served by this role.

Work Environment and Essential Functions

This position requires regular use of a computer and digital communication tools; preparing, reviewing, and publishing marketing content; communicating with internal and external stakeholders; and coordinating multiple projects. Some duties may require attending events or visiting company locations. The essential functions may be performed with or without reasonable accommodation.

Compensation and Overtime

This is a full-time, exempt position. Actual pay will be determined based on job-related qualifications, experience, and business needs. Benefits are subject to the terms and eligibility requirements of applicable plans.

Salary : $35,000 - $45,000
