What You'll Do:
Server | Host
- Attend pre-meal meetings to review daily menu
- Assist in the seating of residents in assigned sections
- Greet all residents immediately upon being seated and ensure new residents are welcomed
- Take orders and deliver meals
- Notes and reports to Supervisor all residents from assigned sections that miss a meal if POS system isn’t utilized
- Maintain accurate records of all meals of residents and guests
- Ensure tables, chairs, and carpeting are cleaned after each meal and prepared for next meal in timely manner
- Assists with cleaning duties as required
Server | Host
- Strong commitment to customer service and a desire to exceed customer expectations
- Must be ablet to read, comprehend, write, and speak English to effectively communicate with residents, guests and other team members
- Proficiency in basic computer skills preferred
- Must meet all health-related and/or food-handling requirements pertaining to local and state regulatory agencies
- Must maintain current CPR/First Aid and Food Handler’s credentials
