Pay: $10.00/hour bonus for closed leads
Earning Potential: Up to $50,000/year with incentives

Living by the Coast, a real estate team with RE/MAX Executive, is hiring a motivated Inside Sales Agent (ISA) / Office Administrator for our Oak Island office. This role blends lead follow-up and sales conversion with front-office support — a great fit for someone who's driven by results but also enjoys keeping an office running smoothly.What You'll Do
- Follow up with incoming leads to schedule appointments and qualify buyers/sellers
- Convert leads into booked appointments for our agents
- Answer and route phone calls, emails, and online inquiries
- Greet clients and visitors, manage front-desk operations
- Support agents with scheduling, paperwork, and day-to-day office needs
- Track lead activity and follow-up compliance
- Coordinate with our team across Leland, Oak Island, Wilmington, and Sneads Ferry
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and phone skills — comfortable making calls and building rapport
- Sales-minded, goal-driven personality
- Comfortable with basic office software (email, calendar, CRM — training provided)
- Self-motivated and reliable
- Prior real estate, sales, or customer service experience a plus but not required
- Must be able to work in-person at our Oak Island office
Compensation
- $10/hour base pay
- Bonus for leads that convert to closings
- Total earning potential up to $50K/year with incentives
Schedule
