In this dynamic role, you’ll be a key player in building a positive, high-impact work environment. You’ll be part coach, part organizer, part problem-solver—and help drive the day-to-day operations of our programs while supporting staff through training, communication, and hands-on guidance.
What You’ll Do
- Provide daily staff support to ensure smooth service delivery, troubleshoot challenges, and strengthen internal communication.
- Coordinate staff training, onboarding, and continuous professional development opportunities.
- Assist with HR-related matters, including reinforcing policies and collaborating with leadership on employee relations.
- Supervise staff while fostering an upbeat, supportive, and engaged team culture.
- Represent Living Advantage, Inc. at program meetings, school presentations, and community partnership events.
- Maintain accurate program records and assist with updating policies, procedures, and documentation.
Quality Assurance & Reporting
- Help develop and maintain program policies, procedures, and compliance documentation.
- Ensure timely, organized maintenance of program and staff records.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, Education, Social Work, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience in program management or social services, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Demonstrated experience in employee training, engagement, supervision, and performance management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills—paired with an outgoing, energetic personality.
- Knowledge of foster care, probation of youth needs, educational challenges, and community resource coordination.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
