Support the Team: Help with material handling, pulling wire, mounting boxes and devices, organizing tools, and maintaining a clean and safe job site.
Get Hands-On Experience: Assist with troubleshooting, rough-ins, terminations, lighting installations, panel work, and more.
Practice Safety: Follow OSHA and company safety policies at all times — no shortcuts.
Grow with Purpose: Attend training sessions, toolbox talks, and document your hours toward licensure.
Represent the Brand: Maintain a professional appearance and attitude in front of customers and coworkers.
Requirements
What You Bring to the Table:
A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and desire to learn
High school diploma or GED
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on ladders, in crawlspaces, and attics
Some experience in electrical or construction trades
Willingness to enroll in or currently enrolled in a state-approved apprenticeship program
Ability to pass a background check required for DCJS registration
Basic hand tool knowledge and safety awareness
