Over the past 23 years, we have built a reputable brand that is well recognized in San Luis Obispo. We have offices in SLO and Los Osos. We are looking for a new or seasoned chiropractor who has the ability to build and maintain a practice. This is an employed position with all the resources our practice has to offer, including space, equipment, marketing materials and staffing. Ideal candidate is kind, compassionate, and skilled. Our chiropractors are manual practitioners using a combination of Diversified Techniques, Instrument Assisted Massage Techniques, Chiropractic Rehab Techniques, as well as Thompson, Activator and SOT Techniques.

Responsibilities
- Develop an internal and external marketing plan to grow upon an existing patient base.
- Develop an individual and cohesive brand that attracts patients
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and physical examinations to determine treatment needs.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient evaluations.
- Utilize knowledge of anatomy and physiology to provide effective chiropractic adjustments and therapies.
- Monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary for optimal outcomes.
- Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness, and rehabilitation strategies.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
