We are seeking a full-time LISW or LMHC Therapist – Mental Health Professional to provide therapeutic services in Southeastern Iowa.
- Assist individuals across multiple counties with mental health, disabilities, and barriers.
- Work under supervision to plan and deliver therapy, coordinate treatment programs, and supervise staff.
- Offer community education, consultation, and evaluation services as needed.
- Maintain high-quality, efficient service delivery aligned with core values of choice, respect, teamwork, and education.
- Qualifications include an advanced degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related fields, licensure or eligibility within two years, and preferred experience in mental health services.
- Responsibilities involve assessments, therapy, crisis support, staff training, and community engagement.
- Eligible licensed therapists working at designated NHSC locations may qualify for loan repayment.
