We are seeking compassionate Speech-Language Pathologists to provide in-home patient care.
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop individualized treatment plans, collaborate with healthcare teams, and educate patients and families.
- Monitor progress and support patients in improving communication and safety at home.
- Build meaningful relationships while enhancing patients’ independence and quality of life.
Qualifications include a master’s or doctoral degree, licensure in New Mexico, clinical practicum, and preferred two years of experience.
Responsibilities involve conducting evaluations, performing skilled procedures, preparing documentation, and participating in clinical meetings.
This role requires physical activity, lifting, and mobility.
Pay ranges from $90,000 to $125,000 annually, with benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and flexible scheduling.
Work schedule is Monday to Friday, primarily on the road, providing patient care in-home settings.
