We are seeking a full-time Speech Pathologist to join our Home Health team in Clarksville, TN.
- Assess and evaluate patients’ speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive needs in accordance with state regulations.
- Develop and implement therapy plans in collaboration with healthcare team members and physicians.
- Provide treatment to improve communication effectiveness and instruct patients, families, and caregivers.
- Must hold an active, unrestricted speech pathology license, CCC-SLP certification, CPR certification, and reliable transportation.
