- Lead daily nursing operations, mentor staff, and ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Manage staff hiring, orientation, performance reviews, and coaching.
- Supervise clinical services, support interdisciplinary care, and promote quality improvement initiatives.
- Handle fiscal operations, including budgeting and resource management.
- Develop staffing schedules, monitor compliance, and support regulatory standards.
- Qualifications include RN licensure, 1 year of experience, and preferred supervisory or clinic setting background.
